These terms & conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77ga platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 77ga.

By using the 77ga website or services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

77ga reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page periodically.

To open an account and use services at 77ga, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
• Online gaming or betting must be legally permitted in the area where you reside.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not representing any other person.

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account at 77ga, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

3.3 Account Verification

77ga reserves the right to verify any account at any time for security and compliance purposes. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time after a verification request, withdrawal access may be restricted.

4.1 Payment Methods

77ga currently accepts deposits and processes payments via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via all methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete. 77ga reserves the right to review withdrawal requests in the interest of fraud prevention.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing using someone else's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. Deposits are only accepted from the registered user's own account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77ga offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a ৳8,000 deposit earns a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (based on the bonus only — not the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other form of abuse is detected for the purpose of obtaining bonuses, 77ga reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and associated earnings, and to close the account.

5.4 Promotion Changes

77ga reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any current promotion or bonus offer at any time. The specific terms of each bonus are described in detail on the relevant promotion page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 77ga platform:

• Participating in illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system or network.
• Attempting to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. 77ga also reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

7.1 Finality of Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer method. Once determined, results are final and cannot be changed.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, 77ga will make a decision based on the last verifiable state according to system logs. In such situations, 77ga's decision is final.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. 77ga reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

77ga operates a four-tier VIP program that rewards regular users. The VIP tiers and weekly cashback rates are listed below:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. The specific terms of VIP benefits are determined by 77ga and may change without prior notice.

In the event of any ambiguity between the English and Bengali versions of these Terms, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
